Try a SINFUL Workout Session

We have a few weeks until our next round of games, so SINFUL is excited to offer you a few opportunities to get together and sweat it out!  Brooke will be leading us through 3 different workouts.  These workouts will be cardio and strength training, pushing yourself at your own level.

Dates:  Wednesday Feb 1st, Wednesday Feb 8th, Wednesday Feb 15th

Time:  8 to 9pm

Location:  John Lake school gym, 2606 Broadway Avenue.

Bring a fitness or yoga mat, workout clothes, sneakers and water.

Drop-in fee will be $2.00 per session.

SINFUL is a league built on respect and love of ultimate frisbee.  The goals of the league are:
1)  to promote development of women in ultimate frisbee in Saskatoon
2)  to create a friendly but competitive environment where women can learn the game and develop new skills
3)  to provide female players of all skill levels a chance to improve their skills

The league also encourages women to take on leadership roles by having rotating captains throughout the season.  The role of the captains are to:
1) support player development among all teammates by giving instruction to new players and by encouraging players to try new positions or strategies
2) keep the spirit of the game by ensuring the atmosphere of the game is friendly and upbeat
3) perform duties such as flip for the pull and jersey color, discuss time-outs and half-time with the other captains, start and end games on time, resolve disputes over rules, attend to injured players, etc.
